Parchment Craft is the technique of the month in this month's issue of Creative Cardmaking!   Registered Pergamano teachers Tina Cox and Jenny Eggleton guide you through the beautiful technique of parchment craft, producing a delicate gift set for Mother's Day. Multi grid no. 17 (Butterfly theme) is used for creating the designs.  You'll find the Parchment Craft special on page 31, of issue 13.
